case in compliance with the laws of the country in which the machine incorporating the motor pump
operates.
• During operation, prevent the chemicals from reaching buildings, houses, public or private land,
gardens, roads, public and private water supplies and any place frequented by persons or animals.
Spraying near such places must be done only in the absence of wind.
CHECKS AND CONNECTION TO THE WATER SUPPLY
WARNING
• Also follow the instructions contained in the manual of the machine incorporating the motor
pump.
• Follow the instructions for connection to the water supply in force in the country in which the machine
incorporating the motor pump is installed.
CAUTION
• Follow the instructions for connection to the water supply given in the paragraph "characteristics
anD technical Data", with particular reference to the priming depth and the supply pressure
and temperature: if in doubt contact a Specialist Technician.
• In suction the motor pump must always be fitted with an appropriate filter; check that this is clean
regularly.
• Never operate the motor pump without a water supply.
OPERATION
WARNING
• Also follow the instructions contained in the manual of the machine incorporating the motor
pump, particularly referring to the parts relative to safety warning, the use of personal
protection devices (goggles, earmuffs, etc.) and handling.
• Before starting the machine incorporating the motor pump read its manual and this manual carefully.
In particular make sure that you have clearly understood the operation of the motor pump and the
machine incorporating it in terms of the liquid cut off operations.
• The motor pump and the machine that incorporates it are not for use by persons (including children)
with impaired physical, sensory or mental capacities, or who have no experience or knowledge, unless
they are being supervised or trained in the use of the motor pump and the machine incorporating it
by another person responsible for their safety.
• Children must be supervised to make sure that they do not play with the motor pump or the machine
incorporating it.
• During operation:
- always supervise the motor pump and the machine incorporating it and keep it out of reach of
children; in particular, take great care when using near nurseries, hospitals or rest homes, as there
may be unsupervised children, elderly or disabled people in such places;
- do not direct high pressure jets towards materials containing asbestos or other harmful substances;
- do not cover the motor pump or the machine incorporating it and do not place them anywhere that
may compromise their ventilation (remember this particularly when using the machine indoors);
- when not in use and before any operations, carry out the instructions described in the paragraph
"stoppinG", in particular do not leave the motor pump or the machine incorporating it connected
to the power supply;
- the working pressure must never exceed the maximum value laid down for the motor pump (see
also the paragraph "chArActeristics And technicAl dAtA");
- if the automatic resetting thermal switch trips, always disconnect the motor pump from the power
