Connecting the Maintainer and Maintaining the Battery
with the Battery Clamps
The charger's battery clamps are color-coded (RED-POSITIVE and
BLACK-NEGATIVE).
IMPORTANT: Before start connecting, unplug the battery
maintainer AC cord from the AC outlet. Disconnect the
battery clamps from the unit at output cord connector.
The maintainer remains in Float Charge Mode as long as
the charger/maintainer is connected to the battery and is
plugged into a functioning AC mains socket.

1 - Connect the RED POSITIVE
clamp to the POSITIVE post of
the battery.
2 - Connect the BLACK
NEGATIVE clamp to the
NEGATIVE post of the battery.

12V or 6V
Slide the voltage selector to
proper setting
Attention: If the voltage selector
switch is selected incorrectly,
the charger/maintainer does not
charge the battery. The unit has
no any indications. Make sure
the voltage selector switch is set
correctly.
Connect the battery clamp
connector to the unit connector,
as far away from the battery as
possible.
● Plug the unit onto the power
socket.
● Observe the blinking GREEN
LED that indicates the unit is
operating.
● Monitor the battery from time
to time.
● When the Green LED stop
blinking and remain solid,
battery fully charged.
