Before first use:
Assemble the device in accordance with the illustration in the instructions.
Usage:
WARNING! This manual includes instructions for two different bain-maries. RCBM-6D-2000 is not suitable
for filling with water. RCBM-6WS-2000 and RCBM-6W-2000 models should be filled with water. Before using
the device, make sure you know which device you have.
Before you switch the device on, make sure the thermostat is set to "0". Before using the device, fill the
food container wells with water. Remember not to exceed the maximum level, marked inside the wells
(applicable to the RCBM-6WS-2000 and RCBM-6W-2000 models). Then insert the containers into the wells.
The containers may be filled with warm food or not. In the latter case the food will be added to the
containers which are already in wells. Use the thermostat to select the desired temperature. Once the
required temperature is set the device will switch on automatically. The current temperature will be shown
on the display of the housing. The orange heating on indicator light will come on and once the pre-set
temperature has been reached the indicator light switches off. When the temperature drops, the device will
automatically activate the heating process until the pre-set temperature is reached once again. When not
in use set the thermostat to „0" and remove the power cable from the socket. Wait until the device cools
down, remove, wash and dry the containers, empty and dry the wells (this applies to RCBM-6WS-2000 and
RCBM-6W-2000).

TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

Shaking, crashing and turning upside down of the device should be prevented when transporting it. Store it
in a properly ventilated location with dry air and without any corrosive gas.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Always unplug the device before cleaning it.
Use cleaner without corrosive substances to clean surface.
Dry all parts well after cleaning before the device is used again.
Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture and direct exposure to sunlight.
CHECK REGULARLY THE DEVICE
Check regularly whether the device is damaged. If it should be damaged, please stop using it immediately and
contact your customer service to solve the problem.
What to do in case of a problem?
Please contact your customer service and prepare the following information:
Invoice number and serial number (the latter is to be found on the technical plate on the device).
If relevant, take a picture of the damaged, broken or defective part.
It will be easier for your customer service clerk to determine the source of the problem if you give a
detailed and precise description of the matter. Avoid ambiguous formulations like "the device does not
heat", which may mean either that it does not heat enough or that it does not heat at all. The more
detailed your information, the better the customer service will be able to solve your problem rapidly
and efficiently!
CAUTION: Never open the device without the authorization of your customer service. This can lead to
a loss of warranty!
