2.2.
Counter-indications and safeties
The use of an electromechanical device always implies the
observance of some basic rules:
-
do not touch the the machine with bare feet, with wet hands or feet;
-
do not pull the cable for unplugging it from its socket or for moving the
compressor (appliances under tension);
-
do not let the machine exposed to the atmospheric agents (rain, sun,
fog);
-
do not allow inexperienced people to use it without any suitable
surveillance;
-
do not effect any weldings or mechanical operations on the tank in
case of defect or corrosion, it is necessary to replace it; as to technical
check-ups, follow the local regulations on the matter.
-
the use of compressed air in the different foreseen uses (enflation,
pneumatic tools, varnishing, washing with detergents only or on a
water base, etc) implies the knowledge and respect of t h e r e l e v a n t
rules. In particular, keep a distance of at least 6 m between the work
area and the compressor to avoid any damage to the machine due
to the products used;
-
the compressed air produced by the compressor, without further
treatments, is not usable for pharmaceutical, alimentary or sanitary
use (presence of oil: 76 mg/mc). It is not suitable for filling underwater
cylinders. Aerate the working room to dilute the air therein pumped;
-
avoid absolutely to loosen any connection with the tank under presure:
please always make sure that the tank is empty;
-
do not effect any operation on the compressor without having it
previously disconnected from the electric socket;
-
working room temperature: +5°C ÷ +35°C;
-
do not direct air jets or inflammable liquids on the compressor;
-
do not position inflammable objets near the compressor;
-
during work intervals, adjust the pressure switch on "0" (off);
-
do not direct air jets on people or animals;
-
do not transport the compressor with the tank under pressure;
-
children and animals should be kept far from the compressor working
area;
-
since its ise is strictly limited to the compression of air, the compressor
cannot be used for other types of gas;
-
the machine cannot be used in an explosive environment.
Last but not least, we inform you that any alternative piston
compressor, to yield at its best and to last in time, should be used at
around 50% of its max. capacity.

2.2.
Gegenanzeigen und Sicherheiten
Der Gebrauch eines elektromechanischen Gerätes, fordert
fundamentale Regeln wie:
-
Man berührt nie das Gerät mit nackten Füssen, nassen Händen oder
Füssen.
-
Man zieht nicht am Kabel, um den Stecker aus der Steckdose zu ziehen,
oder den Kompressor zu verschieben (Gerät unter Spannung)
-
Man lässt den Kompressor nicht an der Luft, Nebel oder Sonne.
-
Man gestattet nicht die Benutzung von ungeschulten Personal, ohne
ausreichende Aufsicht.
-
Schweissarbeiten oder mechanische Arbeiten am Tank, sind untersagt:
im Fall von Deffekten oder Rost, muss jener ersetzt werden; für
technische Kontrollen geht Man den speziellen örtlichen Normen nach.

der Gebrauch von Druckluft unter verschiedenen Bedingungen
(aufblasen, pneumatische Werkzeuge, Farbspritzen, waschen mit
Reinigern nur auf Wasserbasis, usw), verlangt das Wissen der
bezüglichen Normen und Bedingungen der Einzelfälle. Man hält im
einzelnen einen Mindestabstand von 6 m zwischen Arbeitsplatz und
Kompressor um Schäden an diesen, mit den gebrauchten Materialien
zu verhindern.
-
die Druckluft die mit diesem Gerät produziert wird, ist ohne weitere
Behandlung nicht für pharmazeutischen, sanitären, oder
Lebensmittelgebrauch verwendbar (Ölanteil entspricht 76 mg/m3) Sie
ist nicht für das Füllen von Taucherflaschen geeignet. Das Lüften von
Räumen, verdünnt die gelegentlch abgelassene Luft.
-
Man vehindert absolut das Abschrauben von jeglichen Verbindungen
vom unter Druck stehenden Tank, man vergewissert sich das jener
immer entleert wird.
-
Man führt keine Arbeiten am Kompressor aus, so lange der Netzstecker
nicht aus der Steckdose gezogen wurde.
-
Nötige Raumtenperatur +5C bis +35C..
-
man verhindert das Bespritzen von Wasser oder brennbaren
Flüssigkeiten auf den Kompressor.
-
Man stellt keine brennbaren Objekte in die Nähe des Kompressors.
-
Während des Nichtbenutzens bringt man den Druck des
Druckmessers auf ''0" (ausgeschaltet)
-
Man richtet niemals den Luftstrahl auf Menschen oder Tiere.
-
Man transportiert nie den Kompressor, wenn der Tank unter Druck
steht.
-
Kleinkinder und Tiere dürfen sich nicht im Arbeitsbereich des
Kompressors aufhalten.
-
Der Gebrauch ist ausschliesslich für die Kompression von Luft erlaubt,
desswegen darf der Kompressor für kein anderes Gas benutzt werden.
-
Das Gerät darf nicht in explosiven Räumen benutzt werden.
Zum Schluss weisen wir darauf hin, das jeder alternative
Kolbenkompressor nur im Bereich von ca. 50% seiner
Leistungsfähigkeit, arbeiten sollte, um eine max. Leistungsfähigkeit
und Lebensdauer zu erreichen.
