Safety notes

Please read and follow the operating instructions carefully and
keep them for later reference. Enclose these instructions when
you give this appliance to someone else.
This appliance is designed for domestic use or for use in
non- commercial, household-like environments. Household-
like environments include, for example, use in staff kitchens in
shops, offices, agricultural and other small businesses, as well
as use by guests at bed-and-breakfast establishments, small
hotels and similar residential facilities.

Danger of electric shock and fire!
Connect and operate the appliance only according to the type plate
specifications.
Children younger than 8 years may not operate the appliance.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years
and above and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they
have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of
the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards
involved. Children may not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance may not be carried out by children
without supervision.
Use only if power cord and appliance show no signs of damage.
Unplug after every use or if defective.
To avoid potential hazards, repairs such as replacing a damaged
cable, must only be carried out by our customer service personnel.
To prevent inadvertently resetting the temperature cut-out, which
would be hazardous, the appliance should never be powered via an
external switching device such as a time switch or connected to a
circuit that is regularly switched on and off by similar means.
