• Be careful not to touch your fingers or the lubrication amount check sheet against moving parts such as the
rotary hook or the feed mechanism when checking the amount of oil supplied to the rotary hook, otherwise
injury may result.
• Bei der Kontrolle der Schmierölzufuhr für die Greiferschmierung dürfen Sie die Finger oder das Testpapier
nicht gegen sich bewegende Teile, wie den Greifer oder die Tranportvorrichtung halten, weil sonst eine
große Verletzungsgefahr vorhanden ist.
• Veillez à ce que vos doigts ou la feuille de vérification de quantité de lubrification ne touchent pas les
parties mobiles telles que le crochet rotatif ou le dispositif d'entraînement lors de la vérification de la
quantité de lubrification parvenant au crochet rotatif, car vous risqueriez de vous blesser.
• Asegurarse de no tocar con sus dedos o la hoja de verificación de lubricante partes en movimiento como el

• Use the following procedure to check the amount of oil being supplied to the rotary hook when replacing the rotary
hook or when changing the sewing speed.
• Kontrollieren Sie nach dem Austausch des Greifers oder dem Ändern der Nähgeschwindigkeit die Schmierölzufuhr
für die Greiferschmierung wie folgt.
• Pour vérifier la quantité de lubrification parvenant au crochet rotatif lors du remplacement du crochet rotatif ou lors
du changement de la vitesse de couture, utiliser la procédure suivante.
• Usar el siguiente procedimiento para verificar la cantidad de aceite suministrado al garfio giratorio al cambiar el
garfio giratorio o al cambiar la velocidad de costura.

■ Checking the lubrication amount
1. Run the machine at the normal sewing speed for ap-
proximately 1 minute without sewing any material (fol-
lowing the same start/stop pattern as when actually
sewing).
2. Place the lubrication amount check sheet q to the left
of the rotary hook w and hold it there. Then run the
sewing machine at the normal sewing speed for 10
seconds.
(Any type of paper can be used as the lubrication
amount check sheet q.)
3. Check the amount of oil which has spattered onto the
sheet.
* Be sure to repeat this operation three to four times to
check average lubrication amounts.
■ Kontrolle der Schmierölmenge
1. L a s s e n S i e d i e N ä h m a s c h i n e m i t n o r m a l e r
Nähgeschwindigkeit ohne Nähgut (mit Start/
Stoppoperationen wie im tatsächlichen Betrieb) für
ungefähreine Minute laufen.
2. Halten Sie ein Blatt Papier q zum Kontrollieren der
Greiferschmierung auf die linken Seite des Greifers w.
Lassen Sie die Nähmaschine für 10 Sekunden mit
normaler Geschwindigkeit laufen.
3. Kontrollieren Sie die Ölmenge,die auf das Papier
gespritzt wurde.
* Wiederholen Sie diese Prüfung drei oder vier Mal, um
die durchschnittliche Schmierung zu kontrollieren.
