5. Assembly instructions
To assemble the machine, proceed as follows:
(see the drawing)
1. Insert the adjusting bracket (13) in accordance
with detail (A), but do not tighten the screws.
2. Fit the diamond cutting wheel in accordance with
detail (C):
- insert the flange (22) in the drive shaft as
shown in the drawing;
- mount the diamond cutting wheel (21) on the
flange (22) (note the direction of rotation);
- insert the counterflange (20) and then tighten
with the screw (19).
3. Align the adjusting bracket (13) in the same
direction as the cutting wheel and tighten with
the screws.
4. Mount the safety hood (2) and fix with the screw
and clamping nut.
5. Fasten the side cover (18) with the self-tapping
screws (16).
6. Insert the fence (8) in accordance with detail (B).

7. Half-tighten the clamping screws (37) in
accordance with detail (D) and fasten the table at
the required angle of tilt.
6. Changing the diamond cutting
wheel
To replace a worn wheel, proceed as follows:
a) Pull out the power plug.
b) Take out the water trough.
c) Remove the side cover (18) by undoing the two
self-tapping screws (16).
d) Undo the screw (19).
e) Take out the worn diamond cutting wheel and
place a new wheel on the flange (22), mount
the counterflange (20) and tighten with the
screws (19).
f) Refasten the side cover (18) with the self-
tapping screws (16).
