Anwendung
Saugende Ausführung
• Ziehl-Abegg-Radialventilatoren der Baureihe GR31M /
GR25V (Typenbezeichnung siehe Typenschild) in explo-
sionsgeschützter Ausführung Ex c IIIB mit integriertem
EC-Innenläufermotor der Bauart MK096 in Zündschutzart
Schutz durch Gehäuse „tc"
IEC 60079-0; 60079-31 sind keine gebrauchsfertigen
Produkte, sondern als Komponenten für lufttechnische
Geräte, Maschinen und Anlagen konzipiert.
Sie dürfen erst betrieben werden, wenn sie ihrer Bestim-
•
mung entsprechend eingebaut sind und die Sicherheit
durch Schutzeinrichtungen nach DIN EN ISO 13857 (DIN
EN ISO 12100) und den nach EN14986 erforderlichen
baulichen Explosionsschutzmaßnahmen sichergestellt ist.
• Ziehl-Abegg-Radialventilatoren erfüllen hinsichtlich der
Werkstoffwahl durch besondere Schutzmaßnahmen im
Bereich möglicher Berührungsflächen zwischen rotier-
enden und stehenden Bauteilen (Lüfterraddeckscheibe /
Einströmdüse) die Anforderungen der Norm EN14986. Für
das rotierende Teil (Lüfterraddeckscheibe) des Motorlüf-
terrades wird als Werkstoff Stahl beschichtet (RH31M)
bzw. PA66 (RH25V) eingesetzt. Es dürfen nur Werkstoff-
paarungen nach EN14986 eingesetzt werden.
Alle Ventilator-Motor-Einheiten werden in zwei Ebenen

nach DIN ISO 1940-1 ausgewuchtet.

60079-31 are not ready-to-use products, but designed as
components for ventilation devices, machines, and
systems.

They may only be operated when they are installed as
intended, and when safety is ensured by safety equipment
according to DIN EN ISO 13857 (DIN EN ISO 12100) and
the required structural explosion-protective measures
according to EN14986.
•
In regard to the material selection, Ziehl-Abegg centrifugal
fans meet the requirements in the EN14986 standard
through special protective measures in the area of possible
contact surfaces between rotating and stationary compo-
nents (fan impeller cover disk) / inlet rings. For the rotating
part (fan impeller cover disk) coated steel (RH31M) or
PA66 (RH25V) is used. Mate only with material acc.
EN14986.
•
All fan-motor-units are balanced in two levels in accord-
ance with DIN ISO 1940- 1.
