7 Operation

CAUTION
Loss of release agent
Increased use of release agent due to imprecise programming of the robot.
• Correctly program the robot.
1 Program P1 approach position concentrically over the TSi injection unit (2).
2 Slowly move the robot (1) downwards in P2 until the injection impulse is activated.
CAUTION
Property damage
Inserting the robot (1) too far into the TSi injection unit (2) can lead to damage.
• Stop the movement of the robot (1) and adjust programming if necessary.
NOTICE
• Note the following section:
 6.4 Manually set release agent on page EN-11
3 Stop movement as soon as the injection impulse is activated.
4 Following the desired retention time, move the robot (1) vertically from the TSi injection unit (2) to position P1.
7 Operation

• Consult the documentation for the welding components.
• Only qualified personnel are permitted to perform work on the device or system.

8 Putting out of operation

NOTICE
• When decommissioning the system, ensure that the procedures for switching off the welding components are
observed.
• Only qualified personnel are permitted to perform work on the device or system.

9 Maintenance and cleaning

Scheduled maintenance and cleaning are prerequisites for a long service life and trouble-free operation.

• Close the compressed air supply.
