9 Maintenance and cleaning
NOTICE
• Ensure that the sealing surfaces between the device cover (1) and the pressure flange (5) are clean and undamaged.
Replace the rubber seal if necessary.

CAUTION

Material damage

Using the incorrect release agent can damage the TSi injection unit.
• Only operate the TSi injection unit with original ABICOR BINZEL release agent.
• Only operate the TSi injection unit with original collection receptacle.
4 Remount all parts in the reverse order.
9.3 Clean the injection nozzle

1 Unscrew the device cover (1) using the bayonet closure (2). Remove pressure flange (5) and collection receptacle (4).
NOTICE
• Use an AF 14 spanner or the collection receptacle (4) to unscrew the injection nozzle (3).
WARNING
Risk of injury
Serious injuries may be caused by parts swirling around.
• When cleaning with compressed air, wear suitable protective clothing, in particular safety goggles.
2 Unscrew the injection nozzle (3). Remove dirt and air-blast from both sides with compressed air.
3 Screw in the injection nozzle (3) again by hand and remount all parts in the reverse order.
