CHEESEGRATER ACCESSORY
Body and handle in aluminum, roll in tin plated steel and collecting box in plastic for contact with foodstuffs; the
optional grater is connected on the gearmotor unit using a multiplier with geared axial rotations in nylon supplied
in the box.

GRATER USE
Before use, dismantle the roll as specified and wash and carefully dry all the parts coming in contact with the
food.
At the end of the work, turn the power switch off (-0-) and disconnect the device from the power supply.
Unscrew the screws (11) and remove the nylon cover (10) to remove the toothed roll (9) on which the pin is
fastened (4) and the small gear (3); wash and carefully dry all the parts that have come in contact with the food.
