You can also switch off the stress releaZer, regardless of the setting, by
pressing and holding down the ON/OFF button.
Note
The stress releaZer features an automatic switch-off function, which is set to
the maximum operating duration of 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, the stress
releaZer switches off automatically.

You can switch on a soothing heat during use to increase relaxation. To do

cloth. Do not use any abrasive cleaning products.
