Equipment Description
Thetransferswitch is designed to transferthe selected loadsfound
in normalresidential i nstallations whenusedwith the supervisory
contactsprovided. T heloadis connected eitherto utility power
(normal)or homestandbypower(generator). T hetransferswitch
monitorsutilityand generator v oltagesand will automatically
connectto the appropriate sourceof power.
These switchesmakeit easyfor a licensed electrician to complete
a homestandbyinstallation. S ervice conduitand conductors can
be wireddirectlyfrom the watt-hourmeterto the transferswitch.
