Before you can dust with the appliance, you
must attach a dust cloth:
1. Put the appliance on its back as shown
(Fig. 13).
2. Remove the cleaning panel from the appli-
ance (Fig. 13).
3. Choose a dry and clean electrostatic dust
cloth.
NOTE:
You can use one of the white dust cloths in
the scope of supply (Fig. 2/8).
You can also use dust cloths of other manu-
facturers. They must, however, be of about
the same dimensions and thickness and
glide across the floor about as easily as the
dust cloths supplied. If you use dust cloths
of other manufacturers, comply with their
instructions for use.
4. Put the dust cloth onto a flat surface so
that it is flat and has no creases.
5. Put the dust cleaning panel (Fig. 2/7) onto
the dust cloth so that its toothing points up
(Fig. 14).
6. Fix the dust cloth by carefully pushing it in-
to the toothing of the dust cleaning panel
(Fig. 14).
NOTE:
Make sure that the dust cloth is uniform and
flat on the bottom of the cleaning panel.
7. Attach the freshly equipped cleaning pan-
el to the base of the appliance (Fig. 15).
You will feel how the integrated magnet at-
tracts the cleaning panel.
