3 Safety instructions
3.4 About the batteries supplied
Two batteries for the control cube are includ-
ed in the scope of supply. Wrong handling of
the batteries can cause injury and explosion.
Never short-circuit the batteries, i .e. nev-
er touch both poles simultaneously, especially
with conductive objects.
Never expose the batteries to high tem-
peratures.

3.5 About the power supply

The appliance is charged and operated with
electricity so there is always the risk of an elec-
tric shock. Consequently, particularly comply
with the following instructions:
Never touch the appliance, its mains
adapter or the optional quick charging station
with wet hands.
Never immerse the appliance, its mains
adapter or the optional quick charging station
in water or other fluids and keep it away from
rain and moisture.
If you want to pull the power supply unit
out of the socket, always pull directly on the
plug. Never pull the power supply unit's cord.
Do not carry the power supply unit by its cord.
Always check the power supply unit's cord
for possible damage before using it.
Take care that the power supply unit's
cord is not bent, pinched, rolled over and does
not come into contact with heat sources.
Improper handling can lead to liquid leak-
ing from the batteries. Avoid any contact with
the fluid.
Always change both batteries at the same
time and only use batteries with the same per-
formance characteristics as the original bat-
teries.
The batteries supplied are not rechargea-
ble.
Only charge the appliance if the voltage
indicated on the power supply unit matches
the voltage of your socket.
Only charge the appliance using the
mains adapter supplied and/or the optional
quick charging station. Conversely, only use
the mains adapter supplied and the optional
quick charging station to charge the EVO
PLUS.
Before you charge the device, ensure that
the appliance is dry, a damp floor cloth is not
attached and the water tank of the wet clean-
ing panel is empty.
Do not use the appliance on floors with re-
cessed sockets.
Before cleaning or performing maintenance
on the appliance, ensure that the AC adapter
has been removed from the socket.
Only clean the appliance, its mains adapt-
er or the optional quick charging station with a
dry cloth.
