Heating function (if present)
If the system requests heat, the nozzle
holder line starts heating first of all.
Once the light oil reaches the pre-
heating temperature, a thermostat in
the nozzle holder line heating system
authorises the running of the
programme. The heating time from a
cold start is roughly 1 minute.
Operating function
- Following the request for heat
transmitted through the boiler
regulator, the light oil control
(combustion) programmer initiates
the programme.
- The motor starts, the plant ignites
and the 15-second pre-ventilation
time starts.
- During the pre-ventilation phase, the
presence of the pilot flame on the
brazier is checked.
- At the end of the pre-ventilation
phase, the light oil solenoid valves
open and the burner starts.
- The burner's operation disengages
the ignition.
Normal disengagement
- The boiler's thermostat interrupts the

heat request.
- The light oil solenoid valve closes
and the flame dies out.
- The burner motor switches off.
- The burner is ready for operation.
Safety function
Switching off due to possible
disturbances can occur in the following
cases:
- if, during the pre-ventilation phase, a
signal flame appears (external light
monitoring);
- if, during the start-up phase (consent
to fuel), after 5 seconds (safety time)
no flame switches on;
- if, when the flame switches off while
the plant is functioning, after a failed
attempt to restart the appliance, no
flame is generated.
A fault indicator light turns on whenever
the appliance switches off in case of
anomalies, and can be newly reset
once the cause of the malfunction has
been resolved, after pressing the
unlock button.
