Use and effectiveness
This device can be used for massaging the feet and other parts of the body. When used
for massaging the calves, thigh, back and waist, the vibrating massage can alleviate the
feeling of tiredness and provide relief for stiff muscles.
• Foot massage
Sit down in a comfortable sitting position and then rest your feet on the plate. You
do not need to remove your trousers or your socks. Feet can be an indication of the
general state of the body's health. Foot massages can thus reduce deposits clearing
them away.
• Calf massage
Sit down or lie down in a comfortable position, then place your calf in the centre of the
device.
• Thigh and buttocks' massage
Sit down in a comfortable position, and then place your thigh in the centre of the
device. Massaging these parts relaxes tense muscles.
• Back and waist massage
Place the massage system on the sofa in a vertical position using the back to support its
base. Sit down and apply the section of your back and waist that you wish to massage.
If you experience any discomfort, place a towel or thick piece of cloth between the
massage device and this section of your back and waist.
• Palm massage
Stimulating certain points of the palm can relieve stiffness felt in the back of the nape
of the neck and the shoulders.
