dan s lelongeron d roitduvéhicule. Lefixer,sans serrer, åI'aided'unerondelle conique Ø 10
et d'un écrou HMIO.
- Mettre enplacele longeron gauche C enintroduisant la visHM10x80, auniveau dutrou
ly], dansle longeron gauche du véhicule. L e fixer, sansserrer, l'aide d'unerondelle
coniqueØ 10et d'un écrouHMIO.
- Placerles 4 écrousbaionnetteM8, au niveau destrous IWI, dans la traverscarriére du
véhicule.
- Meltr e enplace latraverse A etlafixerauvéhicule, auniveau d es trous [w],å l'aidede4
vis HM8x30 et de 4 rondelles coniquesØ 8.
- Fixer les longerons B ct C å la traverse A, au niveaudestrous Izl, å l'aide de 4 vis
HM12x35, d e4 rondelles platesØ 12,de4 rondelles coniques Ø 12etde4 écrous H M12.
- Pour assurer une bonnemiseen placedel'attelage, serrerprogressivement en [w] et en [zl
puisserrerau couple.Serrerau coupleen [x] et en

Preparation :
- Removeanyadhesive that Inaybepresentat thepointsof attachment.
- Fastenthe2 bolts (HM10x80)to longitudinal runnersB and C asindicatedin diagran) 1.
Assembly :
- Positionthe right-handlongitudinal runner of thetowing hook B using I bolt (HM10x80)
at hole[xl in thevehicle'sright-handlongitudinal r unner. F asten this usingI springwasher
ØIO and I nut (HMIO). Do not tighten the nutsyet.
- Positionthe left-handlongitudinal runnerof thc towing hook C using I bolt (HM10x80)at
hole [yl in the vehicle's left-hand longitudinal runner. Fastenthis using I spring washer
ØIO and I nut (HMIO). Do not tighten the nutsyet.
- Place4 bayonetnuts(M8) againsttheholes[WI in thevehicle's rearcross-beam.
- Position the cross-beamof the towing hook A and fasten this, using holes
vehicle using 4 bolts (HM8x30) and 4 spring washersØ8.
- Fastenlongitudinal runnersB and C at holes[z] on the cross-beam of the towing hook A
using 4 bolts (HM12x35), 4 flat washersØ12, 4 spring washersØ12 and 4 nuts (ILM12).
- In order to fasten the towing hook securely,you must gradually tighten the bolts at [w] and
[yl. Thentighten themaccordingto thereconunended t ightening moments. T ightenthebolts
at [xl and ly] according to the recommendedtightening moments.
