Anpassung der Leistung
Der DOC Skimmer benötigt keine Einstellungen von Luft
oder Wasser. Er ist ab Werk schon voreingestellt und
bringt immer seine maximale Effektivität.
Die Leistung kann jedoch mittels Postfilter (1) noch feiner
eingestellt werden: In diesem befindet sich ein Ring,
dadurch ist das Ausgangsrohr in der Höhe einstellbar
und variiert den inneren Wasserstand des Abschäumers
je nach Bedarf, z. B. wenn man etwas feuchteren
Schaum erzeugen will, sollte er höher eingestellt werden,
bei trockenem Schaum niedriger. Die Luftleistung sollte
immer maximal sein.
Achtung: der Postfilter sollte in der Höhe so eingestellt
werden, dass das Phasenwasser nicht in den Luftweg
eintritt (es darf kein Wasser in den Silikonschlauch
treten). Die Abschäumung wird sonst deutlich verringert!
Adaptation of the performance
The DOC Skimmer needs no adjustment of air or water.
The unit has been pre-set in the works of the manufacturer
and always produces its maximum effectiveness.
Its performance can, however, be fine tuned by means of
the post-filter (1). A ring is located inside the unit, which
adjusts the output pipe in height, thus varying the in-
side water level of the skimmer as required; if somewhat
wetter foam is to be produced, the ring should be raised,
for drier foam it should be lowered. The air output should
always be set to maximum.
Caution ! The post-filter should be set in height in such a
way that the phase water does not enter the air passage
(no water must get into the silicone hose). The skimming
action is distinctly reduced otherwise !
Adaptation de la puissance
L'écumeur DOC Skimmer ne nécessite pas de réglages
d'air et d'eau. Il est préréglé d'usine et fonctionne toujours
à sa capacité d'épuration maximale.
Cependant, sa sensibilité peut encore être finement
ajustée à l'aide du Postfilter (1): celui-ci comporte un
manchon lui permettant de coulisser sur le tuyau de sortie
de l'écumeur pour un réglage précis de la hauteur d'eau
interne en fonction des besoins. Par exemple et pour
obtenir une écume plus humide, il suffira de remonter
le Postfilter, pour une écume plus sèche il faudra le
descendre. Le débit d'air doit toujours rester maximal.
Attention: le Postfiter doit être réglé de telle manière à ce
que l'eau de process ne pénètre pas directement dans
l'alimentation en air de l'Hydrofoamer (visible au niveau
du tuyau à air) ce qui réduirait fortement le rendement de
l'écumeur !
