Störung:
Der
Abschäumer
produziert
Schaum, aber dieser Schaum steigt nicht
ins Reaktorrohr.
Ursache: Wasserstand ist zu niedrig für den
Abschäumer.
Abhilfe: Abschäumer an den Wasserstand anpassen
(siehe Vorbereitung).
Ursache: Wasserstand zu hoch, Anti Overfoaming
System im Betrieb.
Abhilfe: Bei zu hohem Wasserstand steigt das
Wasser in die Luftzuführung und verringert die
Schaumproduktion. Wasserstand überprüfen!
Ursache: Pumpe oder Düsesystem beim Hydrofoamer
verschmutzt.
Abhilfe: Pumpe und Düse reinigen.
Failure: The skimmer produces foam, but
this foam does not rise into the reaction
pipe.
Cause: The water level is too low for the skimmer.
Remedy: Adapt the skimmer to the water level (refer the
chapter titled "Preparation").
Cause: Water level is too high; anti-overfoaming system
is operating.
Remedy: If the water level is too high, the water rises
into the air feed and reduces the foam production.
Check the water level !
Cause: The pump or nozzle system of the Hydrofoamer
is soiled.
Remedy: Clean the pump and the nozzle.
Disfonctionnement: L'écumeur produit de
l'écume mais cette écume ne monte pas
dans le réacteur.
Raison : Le niveau d'eau est trop faible pour l'appareil.
Solution : Adaptez l'écumeur au niveau d'eau utilisé
(voir Préparation).
Raison : Niveau d'eau trop élevé, Anti Overfoaming
System en action.
Solution : En cas de niveau d'eau trop élevé, l'eau
pénètre dans l'aspiration d'air et réduit fortement
la production d'écume. Contrôlez la régulation de
niveau !
Raison : Pompe ou système d'injection obstrué au
niveau de l'Hydrofoamer.
Solution : Nettoyez la pompe et la buse d'injection d'air.
