This unit conforms to:
• Directive 2014/30/EU relating to electromagnetic compatibility.
• Directive 2014/35/EU relating to equipment intended for use within certain voltage limits.
• Directive 2006/42/EC of 17/05/2006 relating to machinery, amending Directive 98/37/EC.
• Directive 2011/65/EU of 8 June 2011 relating to the restriction of the use of certain hazardous
substances in electrical and electronic equipment, amending Directive 2002/95/EC.
• This product is subject to Directive 2014/68/EU dated 15/05/2014 relating to pressurised equipment.
It fulfils the requirements of Article 4 Point 3 (design and manufacture in accordance with sound en-
gineering practice) but does not fall under categories I to IV and is therefore not affected by the CE
marking for pressurised equipment.
• Protection of interior drinking water distribution networks from pollution and general requirements
of systems to protect against backflow pollution (load limit compliant with currently applicable law).
• Standard EN 973 NaCl used for the regeneration of ion exchangers (water intended for human con-
sumption)
• The acoustic pressure emission level is less than 70 dB.
• This symbol indicates that the product complies with the EU WEEE Directive relating
to waste electrical and electronic equipment: electrical and electronic components must
be disposed of in separate containers intended for that purpose and their disposal in
compliance with these instructions will reduce the potential negative impact and risks
to the environment and human health.
The warranty is subject to the legal provisions applicable in the country in which the unit is sold (in France:
Consumer Code), complemented by any supplements offered by the device brand or specific contracts agreed
between the customer and BWT.
The warranty does not apply under these circumstances:
-
installation on non-potable water supplies
- failure to observe the instructions or requirements given in this manual and other document which
may accompany the equipment.
