ORIGINAL INSTRUCTIONS
9- Commercial Warranty Agreement
What is my product warranty?
Customer benefits from an extension of the statutory warranty (conformity and hidden defects)
for the duration indicated on the packaging and / or on the instructions. Duration of commercial
warranty includes statutory warranty.
What does the warranty cover?
Warranty applies pursuant to normal product use. It therefore covers defects attributable to
materials and manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover:
-Defects that result from non-compliance with transport and / or storage and / or installation
requirements,
- Abnormal or non-compliant use of the products; Retailer invites User, in this regard, to carefully
consult the instructions provided with the products,
- Usual maintenance operations (draining, sharpening, cleaning, etc.) do not form part of the
commercial warranty framework
- The use of a non-compliant maintenance product; refer to product leaflet
-Replacement of consumables (battery, bulbs, fuses, shower hose, mixer shower, saw blade,
etc.),
- Parts of certain products subject to normal, use-related wear and tear (for example: scissors,
charcoal, files, wood handsaw, etc.),
- Damage due to the actions of a non-authorized repairer,
- Self-repair not carried out according to the manufacturer's specifications when provided for in
the instructions.
- Damage resulting from circumstances external to the device (for example, accident, shock,
lightning, electrical current fluctuation, etc.)
- Any equipment with missing, damaged or illegible nameplate, meaning that it cannot be
identified.
In cases where repair is not covered by the warranty, a repair quote may be drawn up for the
Customer; in case of refusal of said quote by the Customer, expert assessment fees may
be charged. In case of agreement on the quote, a cheque made payable to the Seller and
corresponding to the amount of the quote, must be sent to the Seller.
In the event of an abusive request for warranty application, the Seller reserves the right to
charge the Buyer a processing fee.
How do I make a claim under warranty?
Upon presentation of proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice, or delivery note in the case
of online sales, required as proof of purchase) the store will forward the Customer's request to
the after-sales service, for repair, exchange or other operation (subject to acceptance and after
verification of the cause of the damage).
