Warm tips:
The refrigerator may emit heat during operation, especially in the summer, which is caused by
radiation from the condenser and is a normal phenomenon.
Condensation: Condensation phenomenon will be detected on the exterior surface and door
seals of the refrigerator when the ambient humidity is large, this is a normal phenomenon,
and the condensation can be wiped away with a dry towel.
Airflow noises: Refrigerants circulating in the refrigerant lines will produce noises and grunts which
is normal which is normal and does not does not affect the cooling effect.
Buzz: Buzz will be generated by running compressor especially when starting up or shutting down.
Clatter: The solenoid valve or electric switch valve will clatter, which is a normal phenomenon and
does not affect the operation.
Whether the refrigerator is plugged and connected to
power;
Low voltage;
Whether the temperature knob is set correctly;
Power failure or short circuit.
Odorous foods should be tightly wrapped;
Whether foods are rotten;
Whether the interior needs cleaning.
It is normal that refrigerator operates for longer time in
summer when the ambient temperature is higher;
Do not put too much food in the refrigerator at one time;
Do not put hot food in the refrigerator until it has cooled
down to room temperature;
Frequent opening of refrigerator door;
Thick frost layer (defrost is needed).
Whether the refrigerator is connected to power;
Whether the indicator light is damaged.
The refrigerator door is stuck by food packages;
Too much food;
The refrigerator is tilted.
Whether the food is leveled;
Whether the refrigerator is balanced;
Whether the refrigerator parts are properly placed.
