PRESSURE COOKER

The condition of instant cooling down
In order to instantly reduce the temperature and pressure, put the pressure cooker on a level
place and rinse the cooker with cold water till the safety valve falls down (Fig. 14, to open the lid
see the above-mentioned instructions).
Caution: Avoid putting the safely open-preventing valve and the pressure regulator under the
stream of water.

Don't open the lid if the indicator doesn't fall down
•
Open the lid only when the safety valve falls;
•
Don't put the working pressure valve toward to user direction, watch out the hot steam
releasing from the valve.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If you notice any abnormal phenomenon in the operation of the pressure cooker, you must
immediately remove it from the hob, set it on a flat surface and spray it with cold water in order to
lower the temperature and relieve the pressure.
You must find the cause of the problem and follow the steps indicated in the following table.

Solution
1. Clean the sealing ring, the cooker edge
and the lid.
2. Change the sealing ring.
