other foreign objects must be
removed. Objects that the grass
trimmer pick up can be cut.
NOTE!

Remove the blade guard (E).
Clean the grass trimmer before or after

each use. Oil the blades with machine oil
or spray lubricating oil before or after
use.

Before using the grass trimmer, first
mow the
lawnmower/lawn robot.

Set the trimming height (30 / 40 / 50 mm)
as shown in the illustration.

Place the MultiBrush with the attached
grass trimmer on the lawn and switch on
the device.

Now move the device once slowly for-
wards and back on the lawn. Do not
apply pressure to the device.
NOTE!
If too much cut grass settles on the
blade bar, switch off the device, lift it
slightly and shake off the grass.
ATTENTION
Improper use of the device poses a
risk of damage to property! You
should therefore observe the follow-
ing safety instructions:

When cutting around curbs, fences, or
trees, make sure the blade bar does not
come into contact with them.
Oil the blades at least once an hour

nents can still be very hot and may
cause burns. It is therefore important to
observe the following safety instruction:

Wear protective gloves during
maintenance and cleaning!
7.1 Replacing the blade bar
WARNING

Only assemble with the blade guard
attached (E)!
NOTE!
Required tools:
Hexagon socket screw 4 mm
Phillips screwdriver

Then disassemble the blade bar (D) as

shown in Figures –

Grease the eccentric of the newly
inserted blade bar with adhesive grease
before assembly.

For sealing, stick the foam strip supplied
onto the tab on the blade bar as shown.
Oil the new blade with machine oil or
spray lubricating oil before use.

Align the eccentric of the cutter bar
according to the
( = incorrect / = correct).

When mounting the blade bar, align the
square shaft according to the eccentric
using the mounting aid (G).
