6.2.2. Method 2.
Tie a cable, wire or cord (length >800mm) to each cylinder. Rise the cylinder until it breaks free from the
positioner, turn it 90° and (with the help of the element we have used to hold it in place) lower the cylinder
as far as it will go. Repeat this process with each cylinder (14 units). Unscrew and remove the positioner,
bearing in mind that the cable, wire or cord attached to it must remain accessible. Remove the 14 cylinders
one by one and do the same with the helical couplers and its positioner.


Once the discharge connection has been disassembled, we shall clean the system parts and the smoke ways.
When the cleaning is over, re-assemble the system.
6.3.
Fireplace.
Clean the walls of the combustion chamber, as well as the basket (see section 6.13.).

Access to the boiler's main body assembly.

Cleaning hatches (VAP30).
To access the cleaning hatches, we must first remove the left-hand side of the lining and the sheets that seal
them. Once we have access to the hatches, clean them.
