Turn off all controls when done cooking.
Failure to do so can result in death or fire.
The electronic touch controls offer a variety of heat settings for
optimal cooking results. When melting foods such as chocolate
or butter, the surface cooking area can be set to MELT for very
low temperature operation.
To keep cooked foods warm, the surface cooking area can be set
to KEEP WARM.

For maximum element operation, all cooktop touch-activated
controls can be set to HIGH when bringing liquids to a fast and
rapid boil. Touch the "-" pad to immediately reach the HIGH
setting after touching ON.
To Use Single-Size Elements:
1. Touch ON.
2. Touch the "+" or "-" pad to increase or decrease power.
