6. CONTROL SYSTEMS OF THE LED LAMP:
This projector has been designed to operate only with a DMX control and DMX modulators from AstralPool (code 41107). It will not
work with any other control system.
The projector uses 3 DMX channels, one for each of the 3 primary colours (red, green and blue). The configuration of the DMX
address should be performed from the modulator. One modulator can control a maximum of 15 lamps. For independent control,
each lamp should have its own transformer and modulator. The different modulators should be assigned channels that do not overlap
with other modulators.
The lamp is controlled through a DMX modulator, which receives orders from a DMX controller (for example Astral DMX, 41329 or
Astral DMX Pro 41330 controllers) and transmits them to the projector. The Astral DMX or Astral DMX Pro Interface is connected to
all the DMX terminals (e.g. DMX modulator code 41107) of the installation through the DMX cable (code 41646) as shown in the
figure below. All the DMX terminals are connected in series using a single communications bus. The last DMX terminal of the line
should be configured (see DMX line termination) to indicate that it is the last terminal of the communications bus.
The projector will remain off while it does not receive a control signal from the DMX controller of the system.
Example of system with DMX modulators for DMX projectors and DMX feeders (code 41106) for Mini LED projectors (code 32380):
