PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
ATTENZIONE! Prima di eseguire
qualsiasi intervento di pulizia o
manutenzione,
staccare
l'apparecchio dalla rete elettrica!
MANUTENZIONE ORDINARIA
E' dovere dell'utilizzatore eseguire
sull'unità tutte le operazioni di
manutenzione.
Solo
personale
addetto,
precedentemente
addestrato
qualifi cato può eseguire le operazioni
di manutenzione.
Se l'unità deve essere smontata,
proteggere le mani con dei guanti da
lavoro.
Controlli mensili:
- Accertarsi che le ventole siano
pulite. In caso contrario, pulirle
mediante INTAKE in modo da non
danneggiarle.
- Verifi care tutta l'apparecchiatura
elettrica ed in particolare il perfetto
serraggio
delle
connessioni
elettriche.
Controlli annuali:
- Verifi ca di tutta l'apparecchiatura
elettrica ed in particolare il serraggio
delle connessioni elettriche.
- Verifi ca del serraggio di tutti i
bulloni, dadi e quant'altro può essere
allentato dalle vibrazioni costanti
dell'unità.
- Verifi care che il motore non presenti
tracce di polvere, sporcizia o altre
impurità.
Verifi care
periodicamente
che
funzioni senza vibrazioni o rumori
anomali, che l'ingresso ai ventilatori
non sia ostruito, con conseguente
possibilità di surriscaldamento degli
avvolgimenti.
PULIZIA DEL FILTRO DELL'ARIA
L'apparecchio è dotato di fi ltro aria in
ingresso al ventilatore.
Durante il normale funzionamento il
fi ltro trattiene le impurità presenti
nell'aria.
E' necessario pulire periodicamente
il fi ltro per mantenere inalterate le
caratteristiche fi ltranti e la portata
d'aria del ventilatore.
Si consiglia di pulire il fi ltro almeno
una volta al mese procedendo come
segue.
1. Estrarre il fi ltro.
2. Posare il fi ltro su di una superfi cie
piana ed asciutta e, con un
aspirapolvere, togliere la polvere
accumulata.
3. Lavare il fi ltro con acqua e
detergente (no solventi).
4. Lasciare asciugare il fi ltro in un
posto arieggiato.
5. Rimontare il fi ltro solo dopo
essersi
accertati
della
perfetta
asciugatura.
N.B. Pulire il fi ltro all'inizio ed alla
fi ne
di
ogni
stagione
compatibilmente con l'attività svolta.
NOTA BENE: il fi ltro può essere
estratto anche lateralmente o nella
parte superiore.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
The user is duty bound to have all
maintenance operations carried out
by trained and qualifi ed personnel
only.

If the unit has to be dismantled,
protect hands with work gloves.
Monthly checks:
- Ensure that the fan impellers are
clean. If they are dirty, clean them by
suction so as not to damage them.
- Check the whole of the electrical
part and in particular that the
electrical connections are tight.
Yearly checks:
- Check the whole of the electrical
part and in particular that the
electrical connections are tight.
- Check the tightness of all the bolts,
nuts and whatever else may be
loosened by the constant vibrations
of the unit.
- Check the motor for dust, dirt or
other impurities. Periodically check
that the motor works without unusual
vibrations or noise and that the fan
inlet is not obstructed, which could
otherwise leading to overheating of
the windings.
- Check the fans for dirt or any foreign
matter.
CLEANING THE AIR FILTER
The unit is fi tted with an air fi lter on
the fan inlet.
During normal operation the fi lter
holds back impurities in the air.
The
fi lter
should
be
cleaned
periodically to keep its fi ltering
properties and the airfl ow to the fan
unchanged.
It is advisable to clean the fi lter at
least once a month, proceeding as
follows.
1. Take out the fi lter.
2. Place the fi lter on a fl at, dry
surface and remove the accumulated
dust with a vacuum cleaner.
3. Wash the fi lter with water and
detergent (no solvents).
4. Leave the fi lter to dry in a
ventilated place in the sun.
5. Replace the fi lter when it is
perfectly dry.
Please clean the air fi lter every
working season of the unit or more
frequently
considering
the
activity.

out from the side or from the top.
