3. Unlock the rotary handle (27) with the key (5) if necessary.
4. Screw open the clamp (28) with rotary handle (27) until
the clamp (28) is opened by approx. one handwidth (A).
5. Push the clamp (28) together and hold it.
The clamp (29) will open.
6. Place the holder (2) in a suitable position on the rack's
frame (6), position it and let go of the clamp (28).
The clamp (29) will close.

Caution
Only secure the holder (2) to the bicycle's frame as it may
damage other parts of the bicycle. Ensure parts such as
gear cables and brake cables do not become entrapped.
Defective holders must be replaced immediately.
7. Position the holder (2) on the bicycle's frame and secure
the clamp (28) using the rotary handle (27).
8. Lock the holder (2) with the key (5) and remove the key (5).

9. Guide the strap (26) centrally between two wheel spokes into
the clasps (30) and tighten it so it is hand-tight.
10. Tighten the strap (26) using the tensioner (31) (arrow).
Caution
Do not tighten the tensioning straps (26) too tightly as
otherwise the tensioning straps (26) and/or the tyres/rims
may become damaged.
Pull the straps (26) tight to tension them. To relieve them of
tension, the catches (25) may have to be pushed in using force.
Note
Clean the threaded bolts of the holders at regular intervals and

lubricate them to ensure the rotary handles do not seize up.
Mounting the second bicycle

The second bicycle is mounted in the same way as the first.
Note however that the two bicycles should be placed in opposite
directions.
Caution
Fasten the holder (3) to the bicycle frame only as it may
damage other parts of the bicycle. Ensure parts such as
gear cables and brake cables do not become entrapped.
Defective holders must be replaced immediately.
The second bicycle is fastened using the long holder (3).
