ENVELOPE FEEDING

Envelopes are best fed when presorted by size and thickness thus insuring a consistent
feeding.
• Position the envelope so the flap is facing you and is away from the back of the hopper.
• Press the start button on the touchscreen to start the machine.
• Place the envelopes on to the feeding track making sure that they are flush against the back of the
hopper.
The support guide and ramp base can be used to help feed difficult, odd shaped, or very thin/
thick envelopes.
The support guide is magnetic and can be positioned in different locations on the feed plate or
on the ramp base depending on envelope sizes.
