REPLACING THE TRANSDUCER
1.
Using a T15 driver, remove the six control panel mounting screws
(Fig. 3, item 1). Pull back the control panel cover (2) for access to
the control panel board.

The transducer (3) should now be visible. Unplug the transducer
wire (4) from the control board.
3.
Using a 3/4" wrench, remove the transducer assembly from the
filter block.
4.
Apply grease to the threads and O-ring of the new transducer
prior to installation.
5.
Thread the new transducer assembly (3) into the filter block.
Tighten with a wrench. Make sure to reinstall the grommet (5)
into the control board housing slot (6) with the rounded edge
installed into the slot.
6.
Apply Dielectric Grease to the plug on the new transducer wire
(4). Plug the new transducer wire (4) into the control board.
7.
Using a T15 driver, replace the control panel cover (2) and secure
with the six control panel mounting screws (1). Torque to 15 in.-
lbs in a criss-cross pattern.

REPLACING THE PRIME/SPRAY VALVE
Perform the following procedure using PRIME/SPRAY valve
replacement kit P/N 700-258
1.
Using a wrench, loosen and remove the valve housing assembly
(Fig. 4, item 1).
2.
Apply grease to the threads of the new PRIME/SPRAY valve prior
to installation.
3.
Make sure the gasket (2) is in place and thread the new valve
housing assembly into the pump block. Tighten securely with
wrench.
