'You can insert a new scene from a VCR onto
your originally recorded tape by specifying
starting and ending points.
Connection is the same asin "To connect using
the DV connecting cable" on page 59. In
recording and recording pause mode, DV IN/
QUT jack automatically works as input jack.
(1) While pressing the small green bittton on the
POWER switch, set it to. VIR.
(2) On the VCR, locate the start point to be
inserted and set it to playback pause mode.
(3) On the camcorder, press [> to set it to
playback mode, and then locate the point
where the insert should end by pressing <4
or PP. Then press II to set it to playback
pause mode.
(4) Press ZERO SET MEMORY on the Remote
Commander.
The ZERO SET MEMORY
indicator flashes and the end point of the
insert is stored in memory.
(5) On the camcorder, locate the point where the
insert should begin by pressing "#4, then
press @ REC on the Remote Commander to
set it to recording pause mode.
(6) Press Il on the camcorder and the VCR
simultaneously to start insert editing.
The insert editing stops automatically near the
counter's zero point. Press Il to set the
camcorder to stop mode.
To change the end point
Press ZERO SET MEMORY on the Remote
Commander so that the ZERO SET MEMORY
indicator disappears and begin from step 3.
To record without setting the end point
Skip steps 3 and 4. Press ill when stopping insert
editing.
Notes on the inserted picture
* 'The picture may be distorted at the end of the
inserted portion when it is played back.
The picture and sound recorded on the portion
where you insert a new scene will be erased
when you insert a new scene.
Ifyou insert a new scene (picture and sound)
ona tape recorded by other camcorder
(including DSR-PDIP), the picture and sound
quality may become worse.
Vous pouvez insérer une nouvelle seéne d'an
magnétoscope sur une cassette déja enregistrée
en spécifiant les points de départ et de fin.
Le raccordement est le méme que dans "Pour
raccorder le camescope a l'aide d'un cable de
liaison DV" a la page 59. Fn mode
d'enregistrement et de pause d'enregistrement, la
prise DV IN/OUT fonetionne automatiquement
comme prise d'entrée.
(1) Tout en appuyant sur Je petit bouton vert du
commutateur POWER, mettez-le sur VTR.
(2) Sur le magnétoscope, localisez le point oi
Vinsertion doit commencer et mettez le
magnétoscope en mode de pause de lecture.
(3) Sur le camescope, appuyez sur > pout le
mettre en mode de lecture, puis localisez le
point od l'insertion doit se terminer en
appuyant sur <4 ou PP. Appuyez ensuite
sur Hl pour mettre le camescope en mode de
pause de lecture.
(4) Appuyez sur ZERO SET MEMORY de la
télécommande. L'indicateur ZERO SET
MEMORY clignote et le point de fin de
Vinsertion est mémorisé.
(5) Sur le camescope, localisez le point ot
Vinsertion doit commencer en appuyant sur
"44, puis appuyez sur @ REC de la
télécommande pour metire le camescope en
mode de pause d'enregistrement.
(6) Appuyez simultanément sur H du
camescope et du magnétoscope pour
commencer le montage par insertion.
Le montage par insertion s'arréte
automatiquement prés du point zéro du
compteur. Appuyez sur Mil pour mettre le
camescope en mode d'arrét.
Pour modifier le point de fin
Appuyez sur ZERO SET MEMORY de la
télécommande de sorte que l'indicateur ZERO
SET MEMORY disparaisse ct commencez a partir
de létape 3.
Pour enregistrer sans définir de point de fin
Passez les Stapes 3 et 4. Appuyez sur ll pour
arréter le montage par insertion.
Remarques sur l'image insérée
+ Lest possible que l'image soit déformée a la
fin du passage inséré lorsqu'elle est reproduite.
+ Létmage et le son enregistrés of1 vous insérez
une nouvelle scéne seront effacés.
* Si vous insérez, une nouvelle scine (image et
son) sur une cassette enregistrée sur un autre
camescope (notamment sur un autre DSR-
PD1P), la qualité du son et de Vimage risque
détre moins bonne.
