S T E P 0 1 With the help of another person, remove the griddle body
from the packaging and lay it upside down on a smooth flat surface.
Unscrew the bolt and nut from the wheels and attach them to the right
leg assembly.
Next lock the caster wheels and use a wrench to tighten them into the left leg
assembly.
