Problem
The water spray
from the spray wand
suddenly stops.
A jet of water is not
emerging from the
spray wand.
Heatable seat
The seat is not warm
enough.
The seat temperature
is too high.

Potential cause
The function automatically
stops after 5 minutes.
The seat sensor is losing
contact with the user more
frequently.
The seat sensor is not in
contact with the user.
The water supply hose has
buckled.
The opening of the spray
wand is blocked/soiled.
The seat temperature has
been set to "Off" or "Low".
The seat temperature has
been set to "High".
Solution
This is normal.
> Sit down again and press the
Rearwash/Ladywash button
once again.
> Sit down and carry out the
option required.
> Contact your installer to have
this checked.
> Use a small brush to clean
the opening of the spray
wand.
> Set the seat temperature
to "Medium" or "High" at
the remote control
(see chapter 6).
> Set the seat temperature to
"Medium" or "Low" at the re-
mote control (see chapter 6).
