The electronic card works on the closing mechanism, by means of the dedicated relay to drive the opening and closing. The door blocking is
however an external device, independent from control and carries out safety functions autonomously.
The return information supplied to the card is used only for performance purposes by the electronic card, which therefore does not carry out the
function of protection and safety device.
A door/door blocking detection signal is foreseen in order to tie the actual operation of the heating elements only after the door is blocked.
If the selector is moved to another function during the pyrolysis cycle, there are two possible cases:
- the door was not yet blocked: in this case, the new function will be accepted and carried out immediately in manual mode: any Duration and
Cooking End time settings previously selected for pyrolysis are cancelled.
- the door was already blocked: in this case, the new function will not be accepted and the control is placed in Pyro Ended mode
If there is no door blocked signal during the pyrolysis cycle, the control is placed immediately in Pyro Ended mode.
On the contrary, if during normal functioning the blocked door signal is activated, the control ignores this situation.
pyro ended mode
The Pyro Ended mode is substantially the same as Cooking Ended, except for the following:
- there is no acoustic signal
- the indication of "P000" is maintained as long as the door is blocked, and the control is insensitive to the pressing of keys. Only when the door
is released, the "P000" display is replaced by the current clock signal.
temperature setting:
The oven temperature can be increased or decreased by rotating knob (C).
If for example the programmer proposes 180°C for the chosen function rotating the knob to the right
we can increase the temperature to a max of 250°C, depending on one's own cooking habits.
By rotating the knob to the left, we can decrease the temperature down to a minimum of 30°C (minimum cooking threshold), depending
on one's own cooking habits.
