Problem Cause
1. Machine not properly threaded.
2. Thread entwined around bobbin.
Upper thread breaks 3. Needle inserted incorrectly.

Correction
1. Rethread machine.
2. Clean bobbin area and rethread bobbin case.
3. Reinsert needle.
4. Radjust thread tension.
5. Choose correct thread.
1. Rethread the bobbin.
2. Rewind the bobbin.
3. Clean the bobbin and hook area.
1. Reinsert needle.
2. Insert new needle.
3. Choose correct size needle for fabric.
4. Use stretch needle.
1. Rethread machine.
2. Rethread the bobbin.
3. Insert new needle.
4. Readjust thread tension.
1. Rethread the bobbin.
2. Rethread machine.
3. Readjust thread tension.
1. Raise the needle.
2. Reinsert needle.
3. Insert new needle.
1. Raise the feed dogs.
2. Clean the feed dogs area.
1. Do not pull fabric.
2. Select correct foot and pattern.
3. Reinsert needle.
4. Choose correct size needle and thread.
1. Remove the needle plate and bobbin case and
clean the hook race and feed dog.
1. Insert plug fully into outlet.
2. Turn on the switch.
3. Push spindle to the left.
4. Lower the foot.
