Air flows slightly
from exhaust.
Tool will not run.

Motor parts jammed
with dirt particles.
OR
Air flow blocked
by dirt.
Air Flow Regulator
is in the
closed position
O-rings throttle valve
dislodged from seat
inlet valve.
Damage or excessive
wearing of
internal parts.
Material buildup
impeding motor
vanes.
O-rings throttle valve
dislodged from seat
inlet valve.
Suggested solution(s)
Have a qualified technician
replace worn parts.
Check air inlet filter
for blockage.
Operate tool in
short bursts.
Disconnect air supply.
Free motor by rotating
drive shank manually
where applicable.
Repeat above as needed. If
this fails, bring to Princess
Auto Ltd. or to a
qualified technician.
Open regulator to
correct position
Have a qualified technician
replace the O-ring.
