d) Low pressure switch - automatic reset
This device is activated every time the unit stops when reaching the right temperature.
It can also be triggered in case of excessively low pressures compared with the set values. This can be due to:
- lack of gas due to tube breakage or loosened unions
- clogged filters
- broken solenoid valve
- ice in the evaporator
Min. and max. pressure switches are placed in motor room. Before resetting, disconnect mains switch.
e) Thermistors - automatic reset
Placed in compressor winding, they protect the motor from overheating (see wiring diagram).
f) Condenser fan speed variator (optional)
Electronic system to control condenser fan speed.
In case of troubles:
- disconnect mains switch
- open the electric panel
- put "speed variator" switch (in electric panel) in manual position (1)
- close the electric panel and have the unit operate regularly.
- replace speed variator as soon as possible
- after replacement, put speed variator switch in "automatic" position (0) .
