• Make sure that there is a free flow of air if you install the
appliance above a drawer or an oven with forced ventilation.
• Do not install the appliance above a dishwasher, refrigerator,
freezer, oven without ventilation, washing machine or clothes
dryer.
• If you install an oven with forced ventilation below the appliance,
make sure that the mains cable goes via the rear corners of the
oven to the connection box.
• Make sure that the mains cable does not touch the hot parts of
the appliance or an oven.
• Make sure that the temperature of the mains cable does not
exceed 75°C at any time.
• Make sure that there is a free flow of fresh air from outside the
cabinetry to the base of the hob.
• Assemble the appliance correctly.

Description
OVERVIEW OF THE INDUCTION HOB AND COOKER HOOD
(Figure 1)
The figure shows an overview of the induction hob and cooker hood.
WORKING PRINCIPLE INDUCTION HOB
The appliance is used for the induction cooking of food.
Electromagnetic vibrations generate heat via a magnetic circuit that is formed with the pan.
WORKING PRINCIPLE OF THE EXTRACTION SYSTEM
The extraction part of the appliance is used for handling the air of cooking fumes.
The appliance can be installed in two different ways.
Extracting
The cooking fumes are extracted outside.
