Inserire il gruppo kit tappo racing (G) nella flangia serbatoio (E).
Svitare le n.5 viti (1) e rimuovere la flangia (3) dalla parte inferiore
tappo (B1).
Fasare le forature presenti sulla parte inferiore del tappo (B1) con
quelle sulla flangia serbatoio (E) e impuntare le n.4 viti originali (D).
Assicurandosi che le n.5 boccole (4) siano ancora in posizione
rispetto alla parte inferiore tappo (B1), procedere al serraggio delle
n.4 viti originali (D) alla coppia indicata.
Posizionare nuovamente la flangia (3) sulla parte inferiore tappo
(B1) e avvitare le n.5 viti (1) sulle n.5 boccole (4).
Serrare le n.5 viti (1) alla coppia indicata. Applicare un sottile velo di
grasso bianco sull'anello OR (2A) montato sul tappo (2) per evitare
che si deteriori a contatto con il carburante.
Introdurre il tappo (2) nel kit tappo racing (G) e tenendolo
premuto verso il serbatoio, ruotarlo in senso orario fino a battuta
assicurandosi che sia montato correttamente.
Per rimuovere il tappo (2), premere con forza sul tappo stesso e
ruotarlo in senso antiorario, sino al suo completo sblocco.
Importante
Il tappo (2) montato nel kit tappo racing (G) non è in sicurezza
poiché smontabile da chiunque quindi assicurarsi di lasciare la
moto incustodita in un locale sicuro.

Insert racing cap kit (G) into tank flange (E). Loosen the 5 screws
(1) and separate flange (3) from bottom section (B1) of cap.
Align the holes present on the plug (B1) lower side with those on
tank flange (E) and start no. 4 original screws (D).
Check that the no. 5 bushings (4) are still correctly positioned
with respect to plug (B1) lower side then tighten the no. 4 original
screws (D) to the specified torque.
Refit flange (3) to bottom section (B1) of cap and tighten the 5
screws (1) into the 5 bushes (4).
Tighten the no.5 screws (1) to the specified torque. Apply a thin
layer of white grease on the O-ring (2A) fitted on plug (2) to prevent
it from being damaged by the fuel.
Insert plug (2) in the racing plug kit (G) and by holding it towards
the tank, rotate it clockwise until fully home checking its correct
fitting.
To remove plug (2), firmly press on the plug and rotate it counter
clockwise until fully released.
Cap (2) installed on racing cap kit (G) can be removed by anyone. If
you are leaving the bike unattended, park it in a safe place.
