Insira o grupo do conjunto de tampa racing (G) na flange do
depósito (E). Desatarraxe os 5 parafusos (1) e remova a flange (3)
pela parte inferior da tampa (B1).
Gire a parte inferior da tampa (B1) em relação à flange do depósito
(E) até que não seja possível atarraxar os 4 parafusos originais (D).
Faseie os furos existentes na parte inferior da tampa (B1) com os
furos na flange do depósito (E) e encoste os 4 parafusos originais
(D).
Posicione novamente a flange (3) na parte inferior da tampa (B1) e
atarraxe os 5 parafusos (1) nos 5 casquilhos (4).
Aperte os 5 parafusos (1) ao binário indicado. Aplique uma camada
fina de massa branca no anel OR (2A) montado na tampa (2), a fim
de evitar que se danifique em contacto com o combustível.
Introduza a tampa (2) no conjunto de tampa racing (G) e
mantenha-a pressionada no depósito, gire-a no sentido horário até
o fundo, certificando-se de que esteja montada corretamente.
Para remover a tampa (2), pressione com força a própria tampa e
gire-a no sentido anti-horário, até que se desbloqueie totalmente.
Importante
A tampa (2) montada no conjunto de tampa racing (G) não é
protegida, pois pode ser desmontada por qualquer pessoa;
portanto, certifique-se de deixar a moto sem vigilância num local
seguro.

Insert racing cap kit (G) into tank flange (E). Loosen the 5 screws
(1) and separate flange (3) from bottom section (B1) of cap.
Align the holes present on the plug (B1) lower side with those on
tank flange (E) and start no. 4 original screws (D).
Check that the no. 5 bushings (4) are still correctly positioned
with respect to plug (B1) lower side then tighten the no. 4 original
screws (D) to the specified torque.
Refit flange (3) to bottom section (B1) of cap and tighten the 5
screws (1) into the 5 bushes (4).
Tighten the no.5 screws (1) to the specified torque. Apply a thin
layer of white grease on the O-ring (2A) fitted on plug (2) to prevent
it from being damaged by the fuel.
Insert plug (2) in the racing plug kit (G) and by holding it towards
the tank, rotate it clockwise until fully home checking its correct
fitting.
To remove plug (2), firmly press on the plug and rotate it counter
clockwise until fully released.
Cap (2) installed on racing cap kit (G) can be removed by anyone. If
you are leaving the bike unattended, park it in a safe place.
