Information on use
The stimulating whole-body massage with the KETTLER belt massaging apparatus stimulates blood cir-
culation, removes muscular tensions and strengthens connective tissue. The "MASSAGER" is perfect-
ly suited for supplementary warming up before and for relaxation after fitness training. For a valua-
ble massage from the health point of view, however, the following items have to be considered.
Important note: Before starting belt massaging, let your family doctor determine as to whether you
are suited for massaging with this apparatus! No massage in case of febrile illness, varicose veins,
thrombosis, phlebitis, strain, pregnancy, jaundice, malignant tumours or acute inflammations. The
following information on use is only intended for healthy persons.
For the promotion of well-being we recommend a regular whole-body belt massage of about 5 to
max. 10 minutes. Page 7 shows some examples of use. The KETTLER "MASSAGER" also allows
a sliding belt massage: By turning and bending your body let the massage belt slide above your
parts of the body – from feet over legs, buttocks and hips as well as over back and shoulders.

that it may be used for transport at a later date,
if necessary.
Goods may only be returned after prior arran-
gement and in (internal) packaging, which is
safe for transportation, in the original box if pos-
sible.
It is important to provide a detailed defect des-
cription / damage report!
Important: spare part prices do not include
fastening material; if fastening material (bolts,
nuts, washers etc.) is required, this should be cle-
arly stated on the order by adding the words
„with fastening material".
