Remove the top nut (has an attached locking washer)

post. These must stay in place to anchor the internal
wiring attached to the terminal block.
Attach the white wire to the center terminal using one of

Tighten all connections securely and replace terminal

6.6 Connecting a flexible conduit connection
The range can also be connected via flexible conduit. If
using this method, always use the lugs supplied. In each
instance where a wire is to be attached to a terminal lug,
perform the following steps.
Note: In Canada, the range is shipped from the factory
with the range cord already installed. Continue to Installing
the range into the cabinets. →  Page 12
For installations other than those in Canada, connect the
flexible conduit at the terminal block.
Strip 3/8" (9.5 mm) of insulation from the end of the

Insert the stripped end of the wire into the terminal lug
