Possible Solution
1. Inspect the USB charging port of any foreign
objects that could interfere with a proper
connection.
2. Remove the battery and check orientation.
Reinsert into the device in proper orientation.
3. Make sure the battery is properly inserted in the
handpiece.
4. Make sure the charger is plugged in and verify
the outlet is receiving power.
