Maintenance

Clean the external parts of the product.
Do a general inspection.
Lubricate the diamond chain and the guide bar to prevent corrosion.
Do a check of the water system.
Make sure that the power trigger and the power trigger lockout operate correctly
from a safety point of view.
Do a check of the hand guard, rear hand guard, transmission cover and spray
guard.
Do a check of the guide bar and the diamond chain.
Do a check of the vibration damping system.
Do a check of the keyway and the rim sprocket when you replace the diamond
chain.
To clean externally
CAUTION: Do not use a high-pressure
washer to clean the product.
• Flush the product externally with clean water after
each day of operation. If it is necessary, use a brush.
To do a general inspection
• Make sure that the nuts and screws on the product
are tightened.
• Make sure that the cables on the product are not in a
position where they can become damaged.
• Examine the electrical parts for damage. Do not
operate a product that has damaged electrical parts.

• Examine the keyway and the rim sprocket for wear.

To replace the rim sprocket
1. Loosen the bar nuts and remove the transmission
cover.
