Touchscreen
The touchscreen utilizes touch technology to select
cooking modes and other functions. Refer to the illustra-
tions below. For professional models, cooking modes and
temperatures are selected using the knobs.

COOKING OPTIONS
QUICK
Touch to initiate cooking, then select from options
START on the touchscreen. For the professional model,
turn the knob to the desired mode.
GOURMET
Touch to initiate Gourmet meal preparations, then
select from options on the touchscreen. For the
professional model, turn the knob to Gourmet.
