8.0 Fault causes

KWL EC 45 does not – Mains power supply failure 230 V
start
– Control voltage failure 12 V DC
or
– Operating mode Supply air active
impeller does not turn
(no longer turns)
– Plug not connected to KWL EC 45 or
cable break
– Ventilation stage 0 activated
– Impeller blocked
– Motor defective
– Controller defective
Vibrations – Contamination of impellers
– Bearing damage
Abnormal noises – Grinding impeller
– Bearing damage
– Mechanical damage
KWL EC 45 no longer – G3 - Filter and/or protection guard
supplies the capacity contaminated
– Design-inner panel is closed
– Ventilation stage not selected
– Bearing damage
– Heat accumulator contaminated
Troubleshooting
Check mains power supply
Check connections according to wiring diagram
Replace switching power supply SNU / SNH
Change operating mode
(target function no fault)
Check plug and control line for cable break if
necessary
Change operating stage
Note external contact
Clear blockade, clean if necessary
