Troubleshooting
Cause
There is no power.
There is a fault with the battery.
The green LED flashes on the battery.
The HEPA filter is damaged or not installed.
There is a short circuit in the product.
Too high voltage in power supply.
Too high ambient temperature.
Fan is broken or disconnected.
3. Discard the plastic bag correctly. Refer to local
regulations.
4. Install a new HEPA filter. Make sure that the HEPA
filter is pushed to the end position.
5. Install the HEPA filter cover and tighten the 6
screws.
Solution
Connect the battery to the prod-
uct.
Do a check of the battery or re-
place the battery if necessary.
Let an approved service agent
repair the product.
