Getting the Most Out of Your Appliance

Use the lowest cooking temperature possible. Recipes
may need to be modified as the griddle surface coating
browns and sears at lower temperatures.
For best results, before placing food on the griddle allow
the griddle to preheat.
Marinade Caution
If too high of heat is used when cooking with marinades/
glazes/barbecue sauces and similar condiments,
damage may occure to your griddle surface coating and
cause the condiment to adhere to the griddle surface
coating making it difficult to remove.
